Please note that DSPL7 only provide courses for parents/carers and professionals, so do not provide any courses for children or young people. However, there are many organisations which do supply workshops for these age groups – please see below for some suggestions.

Siblings first
Date & Times: Tuesdays 4 – 5:30 – see flyer for details.
Suitable for: siblings aged 6-10 years of brothers and sisters of children with additional needs.
YC Hertfordshire – Supporting You

Cost: Free
Suitable for: young people aged 11 – 17 who are beginning to show very early signs of distress due to anxiety or low mood, who are currently not receiving any mental health support from another service.
